Dr. Naren Mikkilineni is a board-certified dentist serving the residents of Irving, Texas. Dr. Mikkilineni and his staff offer state of the art diagnostic services and treatment techniques to patients of all ages. He specializes in many different services and procedures, including but not limited to Invisalign®, root canals, crowns, dental implants, dental cleanings, and pediatric dentistry. Dr. Mikkilineni is fluent in English, Hindi, and Spanish. Dr. Parva Patel is a highly skilled dentist specializing in general and implant dentistry, committed to providing high-quality, patient-focused care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Southern California, where he earned Dean’s List honors in five out of six trimesters. Prior to this, Dr. Patel completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at Ahmedabad Dental College in Gujarat, India. His extensive education and diverse training equip him with the knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional dental care and improve patient well-being.

How many locations does Signature Smiles Dentistry have?

We have three locations across the DFW area. Our Irving office is at 3654 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75062. Our Plano office is at 5072 W Plano Pkwy, Suite 270, Plano, TX 75093. Our DeSoto office is at 726 N Hampton Rd, DeSoto, TX 75115. All three locations offer the same comprehensive dental services and accept the same insurance plans.

We offer a comprehensive range of dental services including family dentistry, emergency dental care, dental cleanings and exams, wisdom teeth extraction, dental implants, full arch implants (All-on-4), Invisalign clear aligners, dental veneers, dentures, root canals and crowns, periodontal treatment, laser dentistry, TMJ treatment, sleep apnea treatment, and sedation dentistry.

Do you accept dental insurance?

Yes, we accept most major dental insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, Guardian, MetLife, Principal, and United Healthcare. If you do not see your insurance provider listed, call any of our three offices and our team will verify your coverage. We work to maximize your insurance benefits so you get the most out of your plan.

What payment options are available if I do not have insurance?

We believe quality dental care should be accessible to everyone. For patients without insurance, we offer flexible financing options through Cherry Technologies, including plans with 0% APR for eligible patients. We also accept CareCredit. Our full arch dental implants (All-on-4) start as low as $699 per month. Contact our office to discuss the payment plan that works best for your budget.

Do you offer emergency dental appointments?

Yes, we provide same-day emergency dental care at all three of our locations. Whether you are dealing with a severe toothache, a knocked-out tooth, a broken crown, or facial swelling, call us immediately and we will do our best to see you the same day. Our Irving office also offers Saturday hours for added convenience.
